Sr. Trainer/OD Provider

 In this position, you will analyze training, team and organizational needs and help us meet them by developing and facilitating leadership/staff development and enhanced learning programs, which will include core classes. This involves consulting leaders on team and individual challenges, developing solutions to enhance skills and performance, and managing projects from start to finish.

 Responsibilities include:

 • Developing instructional materials, facilitating classes and sharing leadership experiences in group discussions focused on performance and engagement

• Coordinating programs such as the Management Essentials Program

• Managing project budgets and timelines

• Participating in the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives

To qualify, you must have a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Education or Business; at least 5 years’ related training and organizational development experience; 3 or more years of direct management or supervisory experience; and demonstrated experience facilitating classes and group discussions that lead to learning application and performance. Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint is also required. Preferred applicants will have experience managing multiple complex projects from start to finish.
