The Future of Organization Development

We are pleased to announce a critical initiative to reinvent the future of O.D., sponsored by The O.D. Institute collaborating with the OD Network. The purpose of this Global Committee is to explore the future of our profession and provide practical recommendations on how O.D. practitioners worldwide can prepare for future opportunities.

The Global Committee is made up of 105 talented OD practitioners from Asia, Europe, South America, and North America. Supporting the Global Committee is a Planning Team of 10 highly accomplished OD practitioners. Guiding the Global Committee is a Board of Advisors of 25 Heads of O.D. from some of the world's most successful global corporations, as listed below:

It is our pleasure to introduce Ted Nguyen, Chair of the Global Committee on the Future of O.D. Ted is recipient of The O.D. Institute’s 2001 Worldwide OD Consultant of the Year Award; Founder/President of the 1,200-member New Jersey O.D. Community; doctoral candidate at Columbia University; and senior manager of a global corporation. We are confident in Ted's leadership to lead this global initiative on behalf of The O.D. Institute and The OD Network.
