Guidelines for Being a Reviewer for the
O.D. Journal
Reviewers for the Organization Development Journal should meet the following
criteria:
Be an experienced O.D. practitioner with at least 5 years of experience,
with expertise in a particular approach, method, theory or industrial application
AND/OR
Be an experienced OD practitioner with at least 5 years experience with expertise
in quantitative or qualitative research methods as applied to the O.D. field
AND/OR
Be an O.D. professor or consultant with at least 2 years of experience and
a doctorate in O.D. (or a related field) with hands-on experience in conducting
O.D. research projects:
AND
Have a proven or trial track record in publishing/editing/reviewing O.D.
related books article and research: supportive, detailed and timely with
concrete suggestions and advice:
AND
Be a member of the O.D. Institute so they receive copies of The O.D. Journal
and our monthly newsletter and know what is going on in the wide world of
O.D. and can support in the articles they recommend for publication the things
the O.D. Institute is trying to do.
